No. Your Memovia arrives with all five living photos already inside. Press the button on the back and the memories begin to play. Both a USB-C charging cable and a wall power adapter are included.

The frame has a built-in rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C. Both the charging cable and wall power adapter come in the box.

The acrylic frame has a 5-inch IPS screen with a display resolution of 854 × 480 pixels.

Here's the step-by-step:
1. Purchase — Complete checkout here on the site.
2. Upload five photos — After payment, you'll upload the five photos you'd love to bring to life. We'll email your login details so you can return anytime.
3. Receive a private preview — Your private preview will be ready within 2 business days after you submit all five photos.
4. Approve — See your five living photos and approve them, or request changes.
5. Frame preparation — We prepare your frame only after you approve your preview.
6. Shipping — Your finished frame ships to you or directly to the person you're giving it to.

Delivery time is separate from preview creation. Frame preparation begins after your approval.

Choose five moments you'd love them to see every day. A childhood memory, a favorite trip, time together, or a little everyday moment that means a lot.

A clear phone photo of your printed photograph works too.

• Place the photograph flat in bright, indirect light.
• Turn off your flash and avoid glare, reflections, and shadows.
• Hold your phone directly above the photograph.
• Tap to focus and keep your phone steady so faces look clear.
• Include the whole photograph, then crop away the surrounding background.

If a plastic album sleeve creates reflections, gently remove the photo only if it comes out easily.

Your uploaded photos and animated memories remain available in your account for 30 days after your frame is shipped. After that, we delete these files from our online storage. Please download any copies you'd like to keep before then. The memories saved on your Memovia frame stay on your frame and are not affected.

Standard US shipping is included with every Memovia frame — there's no additional shipping charge at checkout. We currently ship to US addresses only. You can have your frame delivered to your address or sent directly to the person you're giving it to. We'll share tracking information once your frame is on its way.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping, until all five of your animated videos have been completed. Once all five animated videos are completed, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are no longer available, even if you have not yet approved your preview.

Returns. Because each Memovia frame is personalized with your photographs, it cannot be returned because you change your mind.

Damaged in delivery. If your frame arrives damaged, email getmemovia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the frame and packaging if available. You can choose a full refund, including shipping, or a replacement at no additional cost.

Defective frame or incorrect content. If your frame is defective or we supplied the wrong content, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at our expense.

Lost packages. If your package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Your rights. These terms do not limit any applicable consumer rights, including cancellation and refund rights when a promised shipment is delayed.

Your photos and animated memories are stored securely and used to create your Memovia frame. We delete all uploaded files from our online storage 30 days after your frame ships. The memories saved on your Memovia frame stay on your frame and are not affected.

Your email and shipping address are used to deliver your order and communicate with you about it.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity). With your opt-in, we use Microsoft Clarity on this public homepage to understand how visitors interact with the page — including clicks, scrolling, and device and browser details — through session recordings and heatmaps. This helps us improve the website. When present, the page URL, referrer URL, and standard marketing parameters (such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers like fbclid, gclid, or ttclid) may be included.
